I e-mailed them twice again today, asking for a refund. Now I am stuck with a 450$ charge on my bank account that I was not going to accrue. They shall respond within 1-3 business days, and it has passed but I got no response. This is ridiculous, since I was waiting for a response from the support team to cancel my subscription. Today I wake up to a charge of 450$ dollars on my debit card. The response time for business accounts is 24 HOURS as stated on Dropbox's official website! I tried calling their customer service, and no one picked up. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to that e-mail address, so I e-mailed the customer support saying how I need to restore my password using a different e-mail.

We have been hung high and dry and have been finding solutions for everything ourselves.I have a very sticky situation with Dropbox. When we tried to contact customer support we were talking with them for over two hours and when they couldn't find a solution they ghosted us. Most account reps do everything they can to make the process run smoothly, but if anything they have made it worse. We just signed a THREE year enterprise deal and are regretting it quickly. We have asked for phone numbers multiple times to be able to contact our reps and they refuse to give out numbers. I am not sure it can get much worse than this. It then takes WEEKS to get a meeting over something so simple that warrants a short email response. She takes days to respond to our emails when we need responses quicker than that. Once the sales rep sells you your package, they will not bother with you.
